Josh knows what happens after the foam leaves the shaping bay. He has glassed, colored and finished boards for names including Dick Brewer, Owl Chapman, Bill Hamilton, Rich Pavel and Ryan Lovelace. More than five hundred Trimcraft shapes sit alongside the boards carrying his own label.

That range earns its place in our factory every day. Handshaping, finishing machine-cut blanks, laying up color and seeing the job through. He brings the eye of a shaper and the hands of a glasser to the same board. Useful when the next stage of the build is happening just across the room.
