Fifteen-plus years glassing boards around the world. Seven with us. Santiago Pesce, better known as Korna, came through Pukas before becoming the pair of hands behind the laminating work at SOMOS. Argentine roots, a well-used squeegee and plenty of resin under the bridge.
He takes the shaped blank into its next life, laying cloth and resin over the curves the shaper left him. A good shape deserves a good glass job. Korna has put the years into both knowing and doing. When the bucket is down, he’s usually a stand out power surfer out front.
